The Pecks came to Oregon for the weekend. This called for a Glenn, Peck, Simpson trip to Waverly park to enjoy a picnic lunch and ply the lake with the paddle boats.
Good times were had by all. We also fed the ducks and walked the path around the lake. The fact that you can do all of this and be within 5 minutes walking distance of Costco is just one of the miracles of modern prosperity.
